Indications d'application
- Functional studies: APO-1-1 will efficiently induce apoptosis if it is used with a cross-linker such as Protein A. The amount of antibody and Protein A needed for any application should be determined by the researcher. Immunoprecipitation: recommend a starting concentration of approximately 1 µg/mL. Western blot Flow cytometry: Use clone APO-1-1 at a 1-2 µg/mL dilution. Immunohistochemistry: APO-1-1 is useful for staining cryostat sections but not for staining on paraffin sections. Immunocytochemistry: Suitable for staining on cytospin preparations. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
